Rules regarding residents' right to speak during meetings: All residents have up to 3 minute to speak during each topic, provided they do not speak out-of-turn, are respectful of all other members & and focused on advancing the topic at hand. If a resident fails to adhere to these rules they will be warned once, repeated refusal to comply will result in a resident losing their right to speak for the remainder of the meeting.
